How the twelve weeks run
Three blocks of four weeks: Foundations, Build, Deepen and capstone. Each block can be booked on its own.

Weeks 1 to 3, the spine
How these systems work: pipelines, agents, memory, harnesses, the compound loop. Your tools set up. A map of your own week, and the three tasks worth automating first.
Weeks 4 to 10, your track
Seven weeks on the work your track is made of. Weeks 4 and 5 go deep on the track's highest-value workflow. Week 9 is verification: catching what the assistant got wrong. Week 10 draws your personal system map and plans the capstone.
Weeks 11 to 12, capstone
One fully running system on your real job. The same task before and after, with the artifacts to prove it. Then a handoff into the platform.
How a session runs
Two hours, once a week, the same shape every time, so nobody has to learn the class, only the content.

- At least half of every session is you building on your own material, from a template, never from a blank page.
- The demo shows the usual way failing in front of the room before it shows the method.
- The assignment is real work, logged: a task from your job done the new way, with time and output recorded. Those logs are your before and after.
- Your work is yours. Nobody sees it unless you choose, and confidential material never goes into a tool in the room.

Browser-only
Every track. Your assistant in the browser, your company's own suite, nothing installed. The path for corporate IT that blocks everything else.
Tools: $0 to $20 a monthAgent and server
From week 3, for people who can run their own setup: a rented server, an always-on agent, open-source tools. Lives fully in the startup track.
Tools: about 60,000 to 200,000 won a monthWe teach with the same tools we run our own companies on, at the tiers a learner actually needs. The picks are dated and swapped when they stop being the best pick. The method doesn't change.

Questions people ask
What language are classes in?
Korean, with English where the group wants it. Materials come in both, written natively rather than translated.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Most people we teach don't. If you do, you'll move faster on the agent path.
Do I need a laptop?
Yes. Your own, with a working login to whichever assistant your company permits. A checklist arrives a week before session one so setup is done before you sit down.
Which AI tools do you teach?
Whichever assistant your company permits: ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini are interchangeable for every exercise. The method is the content; the tool picks are dated and listed with the reason for each.
What does it cost?
Tool cost is $0 to $20 a month on the browser path, more on the agent path. Course prices are published soon; ask us in the meantime.
Can I book one block instead of twelve weeks?
Yes. Foundations, Build, and Deepen and capstone are four weeks each and can be booked alone.
Can my company book a cohort?
Yes. Corporate training has its own page and its own form. The browser-only path exists for exactly the IT rules most companies have.
How young is too young?
Twelve, with a parent's okay. The student course is in development; join the waitlist and we'll tell you when it opens.
Online or in person?
In person while online is being built. The room does half the work anyway.
